Turnaround Strategy

A Turnaround Strategy is used by a Distressed Company as a revival measure to overcome internal and/or external problems. Especially when a company has experienced a long period of poor performance, a Turnaround Strategy is an everything-or-nothing plan to drastically change the company’s course of action. A Turnaround Strategy usually involves layoffs (Downsizing), debt restructuring, reorganization, change of leadership and a revised strategy to transform the company from a loss-making company into a profit-making one.
